- Excellent communication skills (English, Bahasa Indonesia)
- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
- Must boa good initiator and prossess good negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and organization skills
- Mine site experiences in related job (Take over, joint operation, etc) at least 4-5 years experiences in related job
- Bachelor of law or three year law degree from an accredited law school
- Good networking, good communication, highly motivated, neat, accurate, responsible and responsive
- Should have strong communication and negotiation skills and leadership abilities
- S1 degree Geological engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience as Geologist in mining projects
- Able to used Surpac, minescape
- Should have geological concepts and exploration concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
- Able to work under pressure and high regard to safe work practices
- Must be a creative thinker and excellent team player
Develop, monitor, measure and evaluate all Safety Management System, comply with company’s HSE policies, government regulation, and other requirements.
Requirements:
- Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja - S1/D4 or Hygiene Perusahaan Kesehatan D3 or Engineering S1
- 3 years experience in HSE exposure
- Hold the POPI POM license
- Mining industry experience
- Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, Risk Assessment, PTO, HSE procedure, Hazob. Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process Good Leadership and communication/presentation skill
- Fair in English both verbal and writing ‘Willing to work on site/remote regulary
