Pendaftaran Calon TKI Korea Selatan

BNP2TKI pada 15-18 April membuka pendaftaran ujian kecakapan Bahasa Korea (Employment Permit System-Test of Proficiency in Korean/EPS TOPIK) Tahun 2013 di lima lokasi untuk calon TKI yang akan bekerja di Korea Selatan.

Untuk wilayah Jabodetabek, pendaftaran berlangsung di Universitas Indonesia Esa Unggul, Jalan Arjuna Utara 9 Kebon Jeruk Jakarta Barat;

untuk wilayah Jawa Barat di Ikopin Bandung Jalan Raya Bandung Sumedang KM 20 5 Bandung, Jawa Barat;

Untuk Jawa Tengah di Universitas Sebelas Maret, Jalan Ir Sutami No 36A Kentingan, Jebres, Surakarta, Jawa Tengah;

untuk di Jawa Timur di Universitas Dr Soetomo Surabaya, Kompleks Taman Pendidikan Dr Soetomo Jalan Semolorawu No 84 Surabaya;

dan untuk wilayah Sumatera di Universitas Sumatera Utara Medan, Jalan Universitas Nomor 19 Kampus USU Medan.

Demikian disampaikan Kasubdit Penyiapan Penempatan G to G Direktorat Pelayanan Penempatan Pemerintah BNP2TKI Ali Mansur Harahap di ruang kerjanya di Jakarta, Selasa (2/4). Ia mengatakan ujian EPS TOPIK Paper Based Test (PBT) tahun 2013 merupakan yang ke-11 sebagaimana disampaikan dalam surat Human Resources Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) Nomor: EPST-949 tertanggal 27 Maret 2013.

Semua pencari kerja (termasuk TKI) yang berminat untuk bekerja di Korsel diatur melalui mekanisme EPS-TOPIK PBT maupun EPS-TOPIK CBT yang dilakukan oleh HRD Korea dengan persetujuan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Republik Indonesia dan Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Republik Korea (The Ministry of Employment and Labor Korea/MOEL). Pendaftaran dan pelaksanaan ujian EPS-TOPIK PBT ke-11 ini merujuk pada nota kesepahaman (Memorandum of Understanding/MOU) antara Kementerian Tenaga Kerja Republik Indonesia dengan MOEL pada 13 Juli 2004 dan kemudian diperbarui terakhir pada 14 Oktober 2010.

Ali Mansur Harahap menjelaskan ujian EPS-TOPIK PBT tahun 2013 bagi calon TKI Korea ada dua sektor jasa pekerjaan yang ditawarkan yaitu industri manufaktur dan perikanan. Calon peserta ujian tidak diperbolehkan memilih bidang industri yang lain. Calon peserta ujian juga tidak diperbolehkan mengganti pilihan industri setelah menentukan pilihannya pada saat pendaftaran.

Ali menambahkan pelaksanaan ujian EPS-TOPIK PBT ke-11 ini dilakukan pada 15-16 Juni 2013 di lima lokasi sebagaimana saat dilakukan pendaftaran. Sedangkan kelulusan akan diumumkan pada 1 Juli 2013 melalui website BNP2TKI www.bnp2tki.go.id ; website EPS Republik Korea www.eps.go.kr ; website EPS-TOPIK www.epstopik.hrdkorea.or.kr ; dan website HRD Korea www.hrdkorea.or.kr.

Pelaksanaan ujian EPS-TOPIK PBT ke-11 ini dilakukan dalam dua sesi perharinya. Sesi pertama (pagi hari) dimulai pukul 09.00 - 10.00 untuk orientasi dan pukul 10.00 - 11.00 waktu pelaksanaan ujian, serta sesi kedua pukul 13.30 - 14.30 untuk orientasi dan pukul 14.30 - 15.40 waktu pelaksanaan ujian. Semua peserta ujian harus telah berada di dalam ruang kelas ujian paling lambat 30 menit sebelum sesi orientasi dilakukan.

"Mengenai persyaratan, prosedur, dan informasi penting lain terkait ujian EPS-TOPIK Tahun 2013 ini, calon peserta diminta untuk melihat langsung pada webiste www.bnp2tki.go.id," pinta Ali.

Ali menegaskan posisi BNP2TKI hanyalah sebatas penyelenggara. Sedangkan yang menentukan sektor jasa pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan termasuk yang dipersyaratkan bagi calon TKI, dan jumlah kuota kelulusannya, adalah berada di tangan HRD Korea.

Responsibilities

To attend pre-flight briefing, during which Flight Attendant are assigned their working positions for the upcoming flight
To carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment, ensuring the aircraftis clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all mealsand stock are on board
To welcome passengers on board and directing them to their seats;
