1. STORE SUPERVISOR
You will be responsible for achievement of sales target, analyzing productivity per brand, managing inventory & shrinkage, lead sales associate team & develop their skills

2. HR & GA Supervisor
You will be responsible for every aspect of human resource management recruitment, training, personnel administration & payroll, industri & employee relation, general affair.
Establish & maintain good relationship with external party such as schools & government institution.

3. VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR
Responsible for every aspect of visual merchandising (VM) in store, to support store operation team to achieve sales target.
Support store operation team for in-store promotion material

REQUIREMENTS:

• Maximum 28 years old. Min Bachelor Degree form reputable University
• GPA > 2.75 (Diploma degree with experience are welcome)
• Bachelor Degree in Law/Psychology/Human Resource Management (2)
• Bachelor Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Graphic Design/Visual COmmunication Design (3)
• Strong leadership potential, analytical, interpersonal skill and good in English
• Not color-blind, and willintg to work in shift
