Job Description
  • Assist the preparation of audit plans and program
  • Complete audit work in accordance with the audit plan and methodology
  • Gather and analyze data or reports from auditees
  • Prepare audit working paper in complete, systematic & timely manner
  • Communicate and discuss any findings to the Auditor in Charge and auditee
Qualification Required
  • Max. age 35 years old

Job Description
  • Coordinate day to day activity in supporting IT users in ICBP Group
  • Coordinate resources to keep IT services delivered, and ensure resolution of IT service problems/ failures
  • Maintain and coordinate the lifecycle of incidents/disruption and give update to users as soon as possible
  • Maintain and coordinate the lifecycle of service request
  • Produce and deliver reports of achievement and trends against service levels

Job Description
  • Set up the local / wide area networks for end users to support their business
  • Provide technical solutions for end users in using systems to support their day-to-day business activities.
  • Provide high level support primarily for end users via on-site, telephone, electronic mail, and communicate with end users who possess a wide range of LAN / WAN technology
  • Setup and manage Cisco router to connect to WAN network from / to HQ to Branches
  • Setup and manage Proxy Server (Blue Coat) to provide Internet Applications
  • Responsible for designing, planning, and management of server and the network infrastructure such as UTP / Fiber Optics cabling with Cisco L-3 Switch and 3 Com Switch

NETWORK SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description
  • Secure corporate network by implementing necessary security policy and ensure up to date knowledge on network security field advances / improvements.
  • Monitor network utilization including Wide Area Networks, Local Area Networks and Wireless networks by regular / routine monitoring using network.
  • Ensure proper utilization of corporate network assets including external and internal network, internet, proxy, firewall, packeteer, Core Switch/Routers and Network Management Tools by doing compliance check and periodic audits
Qualification Required
  • Age 24 - 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering
  • Experienced min 4 years in networking / network devices/ network security
  • Must have network security including Firewall, Internet Proxies, Packet Shapers and Network Access Controls

SOFTWARE & APPLICATION SECURITY OFFICER

Job Description
  • Develop comprehensive Corporate IT security policies for Software/Application
  • Review and improve existing software/application security
  • Administer and manage Corporate Application / Software licensing and contracts
  • Audit / monitor all Corporate Software and Application usage and access management
  • Involve in ERP user authorization audit and proper ERP functional role assignment
Qualification Required

IT SAP SUPPORT Module QM /MM/ CO/ WM

Job Description
  • Provide day to day support & solution/ problem solving to SAP problem
  • Getting involved in SAP project implementation
  • Assist users in blueprint definition and system solution
  • Perform SAP QM / MM / CO/ WM system configurations
  • Provide technical specifications for developer team
Qualification Required
  • Educational background Bachelor of Information Technology
  • Min. 3 years working experience in related field
  • Min. experienced in 3 cycle SAP QM / MM Implementation or 5 cycle SAP CO / WM Implementation
  • Has extensive experience in the handling on SAP QM Configuration
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Mastering of SAP QM / MM /CO/ WM Module
  • Knowledge of MM/ WMS module, actual costing method & strong knowledge of production process would be preferable

SAP BASIS SPECIALIST

Job Description
  • Perform Basis Administration tasks as requested: client copies, transports, spool management/administration, batch management/administration, daily health checks, create/maintain RFC connections and other integration points between SAP systems.
  • Apply SAP Notes, Support Packages, Support Stacks, patches, and component upgrades.
  • Configure required monitoring configuration for SAP systems and databases for SAP NetWeaver environments.
  • Perform monitoring and tuning on SAP, IBM DB2 instances and databases
  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis for basic problems and issues.
  • Work with application team members to troubleshoot and analyze problems or issues in the SAP systems.
  • Research SAP Support Portal for reported issues, technology updates, configuration and installation options.
  • Assist in maintaining documentation based on approved methods, approach, and strategies for SAP Basis Administration processes and procedures.
  • Perform installations of SAP instances (ECC, EP, PI, BI, Solution Manager, NetWeaver components).

Job Description
  • Establish, manage, and maintain employee and industrial relations in conductive and positive climate in accordance with Government Laws & Regulations, Company Regulations, Policies, and Procedures.
  • Plan, develop, and review the standard operating procedures of Human Resource Management
  • Responsible for Personnel Administration (payroll, leave, sick, medical expense, meal and transport expense, etc.
  • Responsible for General Affairs (security, building maintenance, transportation, assets, legal document for expatriate, etc.)
  • Organize, coordinate, and monitor employee’s performance appraisal process
  • Manage recruitment process, employee movement (promotion, rotation/transfer), termination and retirement.
