Real Estate Officer
- Age max. 35 years old
- Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Urban Plan / Studies, Architecture, Property Development, Economy, statistic or Mathematics
- Have experience at least 2 years as project analysis / property valuation officer in retail industry
- Have good ability analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skills
- Have good ability to work in team & individual
Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer
- Male or Female, max. 32 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent
- Good competence in Autocad
- Have experiences in project management & interior fit out project
- At least 2 years of working experience as a project development, quality control, or building inspector,
- Male maximum 28 years old
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree from Accounting or financial, with GPA 3.00

- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate (Ms.Office)
- Have good knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server.
- Have good knowledge on network system (LAN / WAN / WLAN) & infrastructure security system .
- Have good knowledge on VMWARE / Storage is a plus.
- Have good knowledge on Microsoft Exchange & Linux is a plus.
- Good in English (min. passive).
- Can work in teams and individually.
- Willing to assignment out of town & overtime job for a project.
